Volunteering with Cultivate is a fun and easy way to serve the community! We love working with individuals, companies, teams, organizations, and small groups to change lives in Northern Indiana.

Potential opportunities include:
Food Rescue/Delivery Driver (Van Provided)
Enjoy being out on the road and have a few hours of your time to dedicate to feeding the hungry in our community? If you’ve got a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, we’d love to have you drive our Cultivate van to rescue food or deliver food to our pantry partners. We will contact you for the next steps.
Food Processing
Perfect for groups! We have opportunities to help package food most days of the week. In just a few hours, you can help produce several hundred meals that will be frozen to provide food insecure community members with quick, healthy meals made from high quality food.
As part of this volunteer opportunity, volunteers may help with activities such as bagging meals, printing and applying labels, packing food in individual trays, assisting with clean up, etc.
Dishwashers
Making thousands of meals each week also means making hundreds of dirty dishes! We are always in need of help in the dishroom, from rinsing dishes to running them through our 3-step automated sanitizer.
Kitchen Volunteers
Whether you are a professional chef or just enjoy spending time in the kitchen, our chefs are busy everyday and need your help! Volunteer to assist in preparing the food that will go into the frozen meals to feed hungry children in our community.
Special Events
